Extended a TypeScript SHP-to-GeoJSON parser to support PolygonZ while preserving multipart geometry, interior rings, and 3D coordinates. Verified the implementation through the Vue and CesiumJS GIS pipeline, ran 40+ end-to-end and regression workflows, and documented 25+ reproducible defects.
